How to Enjoy Your Life
In 2005 ,Steve jobs spoke at Stanford University. His speech included three stories from his life. Some of his words resonated with me, the first one being - "Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. It's awful tasting medicine but i guess patients need it.". The second, "Your time is limited. So don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And, most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.". And the third one is "No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it." Mr. Steve Jobs enjoyed spectacular success in his fairly short life. Our mind is powerful, it is like a magnet and pulls us towards the person we want to be. This also relates to our success and failure. Sorrows and grudges disappear when thoughts of love and good intentions enter our mind. In the exact same way happiness vanishes when thoughts of hatred and jealousy pop up. Be happy, be loved and be loving. Enjoy your life.
